1.2 These Terms and Conditions apply in whole to all individuals and entities who use, interact with, make a purchase or simply visit our website (“Site”) (https://www.nextgengiveaways.co.uk/).
1.3 By visiting our Site, and/or entering a Prize Draw, you agree to the applicability of these Terms and Conditions to the contract between you and Next Gen. For this reason, it is important that you take your time to read this document carefully.
1.4 All Prize Draws available on this Site are for the UK residents only.
2.1 At Next Gen, we offer a wide range of Prize Draws that aim to benefit the next generation of children, to give them a better childhood.
2.2 Our Site is designed to allow visitors (“Users”) to browse the Site and enter Prize Draws, becoming participants (“Participants”).
3.1 Users may only enter Prize Draws through this Site if they are at least 18 years of age.
3.2 None of the Prize Draws on this Site may be purchased by anyone under 18 years of age.

5.1 To enter a Prize Draw a User must EITHER:
6.1 When a User chooses a ticket amount and presses the 'buy tickets' button, the number of tickets chosen is created and ticket numbers are randomly assigned between '1' and the maximum number of tickets for that Prize Draw that haven't already been assigned.
6.2 When a User enters the Prize Draw using the free entry method, each postal entry equates to one ticket. Similar to paid tickets, ticket numbers will be randomly assigned between '1' and the maximum number of tickets for that Prize Draw that haven't already been assigned.
7.1 Each available Prize Draw will be open for a specified amount of time. Once a Prize Draw has ended, entries are closed and tickets cannot be purchased or free entry tickets accepted.
8.1 Upon the close of a Prize Draw, Next Gen will review all tickets (this includes adding any free ticket entries manually), before using a number generator to randomly select the winning ticket.
8.2 A live Prize Draw will be streamed on the Next Gen Giveaways' Facebook page where the winning ticket number will be selected.
8.3 Once randomly generated, the ticket will be matched to the relevant Participant, where they will be contacted and their age and ID will be verified before the Prize is released to them.
8.4 Please note that Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash or other alternative will be provided, except at the promoter's sole discretion.
9.1 In accordance with the UK Gambling Commission and UK Online Distance Selling rules, Next Gen will not offer a refund or cancellation (including a 14 day cooling off period) for any tickets bought or Prize Draws entered (including using the free entry process).
9.2 They may however, at their sole discretion offer a refund if the Prize Draw materially changes.
9.3 Next Gen will refund a paid Participant if the Prize Draw is cancelled. Next Gen will not however, be in a position to offer Participants using the free entry process any compensation should the Prize Draw be cancelled.

15.2 Any disputes concerning these Terms and Conditions, the relationship between Participants, Users and Next Gen, or any matters arising therefrom or associate therewith (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of England and Wales.
